EUPTs on Pesticide Residue Analysis - Tentative List of OBLIGED Labs for 2013
Dear Colleagues,
In the documents linked below you can find out in which of the 4 EUPTs on pesticide residues (FV, CF, AO, SRM), to be conducted in 2013, your lab is OBLIGED to participate (based on the data provided to the EURLs by the NRLs and OfLs):
The xlsx-file also contains the E-mail addresses of the contact persons of each lab.
Please note that the "List of obliged labs" is TENTATIVE.
The legal obligation to participate in the different EUPTs arises from:
Art. 28 of Reg. 396/2005/EC (for all OfLs analyzing for pesticide residues within the framework of official controls in food or feed)
Art. 33 of Reg. 882/2004/EC (for all NRLs)
All labs are requested to carefully check the file for correctness and completeness and report any errors to eurl@cvuas.bwl.de
DG-SANCO expects from labs not intenting to participate in a certain EUPT in which they are obliged to participate, to provide explanations.
Details on how to provide these explanations will be given in the website of each EUPT.
